One-day Registration fee includes:
- Admission to conference sessions on the chosen day

Registration fees do not include accommodation and transfer from the airport to the venue and back.
The registration fee does not include lunches. Organiser will provide recommendations for the nearby restaurants.
REGISTRATION FORM
After the submission of the on-line registration form you will receive an automatic confirmation of successful submission to your e-mail address.
-If you choose payment by invoice, you will receive the pro-forma invoice with all the bank details for bank transfer. It will be sent from the UNITWIN 2022 Registration office (Toleranca marketing event agency) to your e-mail address. Pro-forma invoice should be paid in 8 days after it is issued.
-if you choose payment by credit card, you will be transferred to the website for secure credit card payments. After the payment, invoice will be issued by Toleranca marketing d.o.o.
When the payment is received by the Organiser, the official confirmation letter will be sent to your e-mail address.

Cancellation costs:
Cancellation before 31 March 2022 – no cancellation fee
Cancellation after 1 April 2022 – 50% of the registration fee will be charged
Cancellation after 1 May 2022 - no refund will be given after this date
CANCELLATION DUE TO COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS
The Organisers reserve the right to change the format of the event from live to online due to events of force majeure. Circumstances of force majeure also include all events that would occur or be related to the pandemic of coronavirus disease (COVID-19 / SARS-CoV-2 virus) or other pandemics. In case of any changes, Organisers will inform participants on time.
INSURANCE
Each participant must obtain adequate travel insurance coverage for their stay and it is recommended in particular that participants take out adequate insurance for their baggage and medical insurance.

»Green Euros« - Green heritage tourism initiative
The conference organizers wish to support the global initiative for more responsible tourism through voluntary donations. With this in mind, we encourage conference participants to contribute to the green heritage tourism initiative (GHTI). Therefore, the conference organizers provide the following GHTI options:
- Green donation: suitable for conference attendees participating online
- Green offset: suitable for conference attendees traveling to the conference venue
The initiative aims at generating research funds for young researchers/emerging scholars interested in investigating avenues for more sustainable and responsible heritage tourism.
Green Euros donation options are listed in the registration form.
The entire voluntarily generated amount will go to the Scholarship Fund of the University of Primorska and will be used as a funding grant for research aimed at finding theoretically supported practical solutions for increasing responsible heritage tourism supply and demand.
